Heanor Grammar School
replied on: 12/4/2005 2:14:13 PM School motto-"ANIMO ET FIDE"-meaning "by courage and by faith" School hymn (as sung at every Old Students' Reunion)-TO BE A PILGRIM (First line is "HE WHO WOULD VALIENT BE"). In assemblies, Speech Days, etc, the announcement was always "We will now sing the School Hymn, To Be A Pilgrim" So a more apt title for the book would be "TO BE A PILGRIM".
