Miss Clarke was headmistress when I was there-years before you were-Mrs Stenson would have started teaching there not too long before 1959-her daughter Jacqueline was a pupil at Aldercar Infants when I was there.
Mrs Anthony was in retirement when I attended that school-she lived on Argyle St and we used to visit her-she had so many books! She must have come out of retirement after I left the school-wonder how old she was -Your guess of 200 may be right!!!!!!
