Could be because some pieces of the land for sale did not sell/get built on for some time.

Or the fact that the land in between was consecrated to be used as a further cemetery. I will take a look at the plans and try to work it out.

I have ordered a copy of the Sanderson’s map to see what is around that area earlier. If anyone knows or has a copy of the land before the sale plans where drawn up then that might also help.
