Hi,

No, He was William Henry Osborne. It's not clear from the 1891 census if Allandale House is split into a number of dwellings, or it is just one house on Loscoe Road, and the other properties didn't have names.

If the later is the case, William was a neighbour of John Holmes.

Can you tell me anything about the property and Loscoe Road?
