Charles Napier houses, Aldercar
replied on: 2/22/2006 6:02:44 PM

Which are/were the "Charles Napier Houses?" I assume it's the short row of houses, in a similar architectural style to the pub itself, on the Langley Mill side of the pub. Or was it another row somewhere else, that I'm not aware of?

The caravans were run from a larger house, a bit further towards the Durham Ox, set back from the road.
