sorry bin busy this week just logged in and yes robert thats right the chippy was in harolds 'now garage' and did a very good fish supper accordin to all the folk I've spoken to that remember it.The lady who ran the place was Sally Eyre.She had a relation called Allen Eyre who I am told also lived on Ebbo,he ran a wood/furniture factory on Eastview Terrace at some point.
