Iceboy thank you so much....... I had a feeling it was something to do with cottage! but i totally forgot where the place was. When we came up there we tried everywhere to find a hotel or pub as near to Heanor as possible. After driving round for ages and going in and out of pubs, we were told about this one. It was a nice place and we will probably stay there again at Easter. I think i mentioned once before that i was surprised that there wasnt any pubs locally that actually do accomodation. Thanks again.

I wonder if any of you nice people can help. I came to visit Heanor last year and stayed in a very nice pub/hotel which was about 8 miles from Heanor. It was on the main road and i cant think what it was called.. We had a hell of a job trying to find somewhere that had accomodation, and this was the nearest place, and it was really nice. Thanks for your help.Patsy
