Does anyone know anything about a chapel in Shipley?

I've seen some notes that indicate that the Strelleys had permission from the Bishop (Litchfield I think it was - haven't got the transcripts to hand) to have a chapel, but it gives little information.

There is also a referance in Davies history of Derbyshire that there was a chapel as well as the Church in Heanor in Henry II's reign, could this be Strelley's chapel?
