I'm not 100% sure where Langley becomes Langley Mill.

As you come down Milnhay Road, it is around the position of the railway bridge (this area was known as The Rookery).

I would guess that as you come down Aldred's Lane, it would also be the railway (or perhaps Bailey Brook).

But whatever, I don't believe that Langley Mill Boys' School would ever have been classed as part of Langley - Heanor maybe, but not Langley!
