The development is called the Limes by Wheeldon Homes.

There is a Minkley drive which I believe was the name of the former site owners, a Limes Close, Cherry Tree Way (a dead Cherry tree was where the site entrance now is according to the plans) and I think there is one other.

It's a very odd shaped estate, not square and in rows like most but based around a single bendy road with a couple of off shoots.

Thanks to all who are replying, I lived a few miles away previously so don't know all that much about the area but it's interesting reading through all the posts on here.
