I have had a look on the Coal Mining History Resource Centre site but no joy with Robert Henry Robinson. He does appear on the Durham Mining Museum site in the list of certificated mine managers. He is shown as being awarded the the Mine Managers Certificate (1st class) on 26th Feb 1874. He is listed as being employed in the Midlands Area of the Mines Inspectorate.
