My gt gt grandfather Cornelius Jenkins is shown in the 1881 census as Innkeeper at the George Inn in Lower Hartshay, after reading all of the previous very interesting reports on other Public Houses I wondered if there was anything relating to him. I beleive that he died there in 1886.
