I have vague memories that during the late 1950's my uncle Trevor Webster used to attend a gym in the out buildings of the Red Lion, he was very much into weightlifting. He was also in a skiffle group that practised there using the old wash boards and tea-chest base etc.

Pen

What was your mother's aunt's name, and when did she have it?

(Once I know you have seen this post, I shall be moving the thread to the "pubs" category.)
