basford is a town in nottinghamshire -but basford registration district is an area which covers part of Nottinghamshire and part of Derbyshire (heanor comes within basford registration district)
Remember when you get certificates the place of registration is NOT the town/village of birth.
The loughborough born children will probably be registered in Loughborough district (or another leicestershire district) The Hucknall b ones will probably be registered in Mansfield district.
