It very much looks like the hannah you have in 1841 is "yours" -
1851
Underwood
James Holmes Widow 52 FWK cotton

Hannah 11
all b bagthorpe Notts
Bagthorpe, underwood, Selston all are very close together

Possibly her age was a year out on death cert? and she was b 1839 -there is a registration to ft that. Why not purchase Hannah's marriage cert -that would confirm father's name and occupation.
