Frederick Radford b Micklover
it seems Frederick was the son of John Radford b. Micklover - 1851/61 Silk weaver, 1871 labourer married Emma b. Retford (possibly Emma was John's 2nd wife -and possibly only the mother of Frederick and sister Ruth.
1871 frederick was living at home in Micklover and was working as an indoor farm servant
by 1881 Frederick's occupation was Carpenter and he was lodging in mapperley Village in one of the lodge Houses on Shipley Rd (what is now the road through Shipley Country park ) with the oldershaw family -that's probably where he met Sarah ann

If this is the correct family and the enquirer requests what kind of information he/she is looking for, we may be able to help further.
