Does anyone know of a problem solving action for using the new enhanced image viewer on ancestry?

I have tried everything I can think of, and still I can't get past the download icon, its just freezers and goes into 'not responding' mode?

Tried turning off firewalls, anti virus software, disabling active x controls etc, nothing seems to work, I have emailed ancestry twice in two weeks for assitance and no reply, I looked on the threads page and literally hundreds of people are complaining...can anyone help me?
