I imagine most of the 'boys' who met Miss Fletcher would remember her as she always looked glamourous and I recall her being rather flirty with the male teachers. I remember Mr Grout very well though he never taught me. I used to see him a lot around Eastwood, always with that pipe in his mouth. One of the old school, I think. I wonder what he would make of some of the kids today. This post does seem a bit de-ja-vue. Have I posted some of this before - or is it my age?
