Street widening
This was a large report and I only copied this part:
“The first dangerous position occurs at “The Dene” it is proposed here to set back the wall and palisades in front of Mr Fletchers house, and also to put Mr Holbrook’s new wall at “Elmsfield House” further back, also to take down the stables opposite.”
