The Kassar Roleplay/Story Forum was intended to be nothing but. Therefore, after having given it some thought, I will allow Kassar slaves to post RP stories in the forum as well. Matter of fact, no author will be scrutinized if they write OOC from their Halsoft character. Meaning that for the sake of any Kassar RP/ story, free may write "slave-stories" and slaves may write "free-stories" as well, as long as they are of the Kassar. My very basic rules: #1. Have something to say before you start. #2. Know each character's place within their society. (this pertains to clans of the tribes and their specific responsibilities, as well as castes and/or social structures of those of the cities, if they interact) #3. Be familiar with the location, its inhabitants, animals, floura and fauna BEFORE you use them in your story. #4. Portray the ways of the Wagon People correctly. (stay true to the book(s) by using the correct personality and character traits, cultural aspects or conflicts, values, and so on) #5. If for no other reason, construct your story educationally! (this way, others who are still learning of GOR or the Wagon Peoples may learn from it) #6. Each author should use ONE Topic-Thread at a time until his/her story is complete. (continuations to each story can be posted using the Reply-link of the thread) #7. At NO times should anyone interrupt another's story by posting a comment, unless the person is consulted in the story by the author. #8. And last, not least, let's do each other a favor and use a text format for our drafts which has automatic spell-check. My other intention for opening the Kassar RP Forum is that I want everyone to have the opportunity to discuss the stories and offer constructive critisizm. Maybe we can all gather at specific times and days to do so. I'll post the meeting days for the reviews in the Kamp Forum. May the boundry of your story only be limited by your imagination. replied on: 8/21/2003 10:39:41 AM I received some inquiries about some stories posted in here and basically just referred them to the authors. So, I am not sure if you heard from them or not. I appreciate that none have interupted a story as of date but thought it best to provide this thread to anyone wishing to comment or ask questions on any particular story.
