After reading the total boskcrap fight over obs sitting at 3Moons I thought I'd ask here as to what is what exactly so there is no "oh but I thoughts" involved. What is Kassar opinion / ruling of OBs is it a people "must ask" to sit there and view? is it a safe place for slaves? are they safe from cap/kills etc etc etc is it a safe place and exempt from the popular 3 visits and your capp'd rule which is rampant in halgor for those observing in their ID's? is it a valid tool in Kassar Roleplay? ie: can someone claim they are sitting there for x period of time enabling them to legit roleplay traveling to the camp (this was told to me when I told a girl to enter and quit spying, modesty and language restrict me from putting my reply to her here) and a dozen or so other questions which the above 4 will fairly well cover. with thanks Paz bored witless with morons |
