Up to now, I've been using Forsythe least-squares polynomial where a number of X,Y values generates coefficients for a polkynomial. I knew the result was a polynomial because that's what it said it was. But this program with multiple X values or dimensions doesn't tell me how to use the resulting coefficients in an equation. |
