2nd problem
substituting y = cos(x)
makes
3y^2 -5y = -2
this is a simple equation having
y1 and y2 for its solution
guessing makes me to assume that y1=1 and
y2 =2/3
so x = arcsin(1) or arcsin(2/3)

the other two equations should be simplified

according to

cos(x)^3 =( 3*cos(x)+ cos(3*x) )/4

sin(x)^3 = ( 3*sin(x) - sin(3*x) )/4

the resulting expressions to be solved

are simple and don´t require explanation
