dear
Let z=x+iy and z'=z-1+2i=x+iy-1+2i=(x-1)+i(2+y)
mod of z' = Sqrt (x-1)^2+(2+y)^2=f(x,y)
when you maximize this function you will get 0 as the smallest value and no maximum value.I think you should have a domain of restriction.
Give me a domain
