Significance tests

Can anyone help me with methods of testing for statistically significant differences in pairs/groups of Cronbach alpha reliability coefficients and Pearson product moment correlation coefficients? t tests won't work because these are single value coefficients derived from groups of values and ANOVAs are out for the same reason.
