Some work was being done on the forums, they were all being backed up and moved to another system so I guess somewhere along the line the censor was turned back on. It's a rubbish censor anyway, way on earth does it filter parts of words  They're so obviously not offensive. Guess it needs a little work

replied on: 9/2/2002 8:30:16 PM A few days ago, I tried to help with a trig problem. Tt accepted the first mention of "sec x". But thereafter it showed up as "shopping". Any explanation? I was thinking of creating a list of words to test your censor: rebuttal, shittake (mushroom), screw (noun), ball (noun), abreast, succulent, piscatorial, Middlesex, etc. Even now I can't get a preview. I clicked on "Preview your post", then clicked on "Post Reply". What's displayed is the previous message: "Thanks for telling me, Tom". I've repeated the process with the same result each time. I'll post this anyway. I don't know WHAT will show up! |
