replied on: 10/8/2006 2:05:56 PM I read an omnibus of the first three Dresden books...Storm Front, Fool Moon, and Grave Peril. I thought they were good reads, maybe a little too action oriented for my taste. I could feel myself getting tired in sympathy for the main character while reading them.  They were also very gory too, which was suprising. They almost seemed more towards the horror spectrum than fantasy. I'm looking forward to seeing the new TV series in January. I think these books would translate very well onto the small screen.
