replied on: 8/26/2006 12:05:46 AM I been reading "Angels and Demons" by Dan Brown. To this point it's a better read than "the DaVinci Code" and just slightly Science Fiction like the other was slightly Fantasy. |

replied on: 8/31/2006 11:07:57 AM Banks' fantasy novel Inversions wasn't exactly brilliant, but still very good. I'd give it a 8/10. On the other hand, his science fiction novel Excession was quite amazing. As one reviewer put it - staggering imaginative energy. He may be good at fantasy, but he is a master of science fiction. 9.5/10 |
