replied on: 1/15/2006 5:36:50 PM So far I've been left with more questions than answers.I've found this a very intelligent series that doe's give your brain a workout.It's subtle never in your face,he leaves a lot to your imagation.I want the answers to the Lala's agenda...and the mysterious characters he's introduced.Why do you think I keep harping on about release date for the next installment??? |

replied on: 1/15/2006 8:41:32 PM Ah Rune, Rune, Rune.... Patience. You're a person of discriminating tastes and a lover of instant gratification. It takes years to write these series and a lifetime of thought and wonder to conceive of them. They have to play themselves out. It's not totally under my control. I often feel as if I am just relating a story that occured already. When new characters join the fray, they come unbidden. I hope to be able to announce the publication date for Book IV, The Revenge of the Elves, pretty soon. It's finished and is in the editing phase. But I also want to make sure that this book and all subsequent books are edited better than the previous ones. So the process is a bit slower. |

replied on: 1/18/2006 10:09:54 AM Patience, goodness what's that  I dont have any, especially when it comes to my reading. Ive just finished The Shards. Again, plenty of good idea here, and interesting chracters. However, due to my impatience Ive got frustrated with the hanging on for some answers. You know, this donkey will only wait so long for that carrot

replied on: 1/18/2006 7:55:29 PM The carrot has been ripe for a year now, waiting for a good gardener, and then it's harvest time. Book IV is all done and I'm just waiting to sign my contracts for it and set a publication date. |
