replied on: 6/20/2006 4:08:26 PM Thought of an easy idea for members to chat about their books. Dont know about anyone else but I can forget to add comments about every book Ive read in a month. So thought it would be good if all members either, started a thread, or added to a thread already started - about that author, or book - that they have read in the month. Folks could do this for one of the books they've read in a month, or as many as they like. But it was just a way to help us all remember to share our thoughts about what we are reading

replied on: 6/21/2006 3:32:34 AM That's a good idea Rune. I might start posting from next month where I know I'll be going through a number of books. So far this month I've covered Crown Of Stars (final volume by Kate Elliott) Hidden Stars (Madeline Howard) and completing Twins (Gary Wassner). Very busy month for me so not a lot of reading time....  Not sure if I want to do formal reviews but rather prefer to post more my general thoghts with some specific aspects on a book.....

replied on: 6/21/2006 10:33:03 AM Good Idea I tend not to really comment on books I've read,just moving onto next one.As i've started on a re-reading frenzy of The Renshai books.I'll start a thread on Reichert.Although I'm not that good at reviews. BTW GOLL has Reichart written anything othet than the Renshai novels? |
