Some homes now have OBS as not safe, even sitting there you are subject to collars or death (tho to me that is very lame as there is no room text to support the running of the person or actions taken.) Tags do not protect unowned slaves either, never have never will. Originally they were made to protect the women and learning pages. They have over time become overly abused in roleplay but there are places with rules that make them useable. Check around read the laws of various homes that have tags defined within them and you might get a better idea what I am talking about.
