Maybe even some people would believe it'd all turn out fine… Pg. 2 Splash page: Big ****ing fish coming out of the water with Jack and boat in its mouth. caption: But who the f#ck would think they'd be eaten by a giant fish? Pg. 3 panel 1: medium shot of Jack falling, the boat behind him he's in the fish's mouth. panel 2: medium shot of Jack landing hard somewhere in the fish. caption: most people would also think that being eaten by a giant fish would be a rare occasion… panel 3: the rest of the page, jack standing in the cavernous belly amid tons of destroyed vessels. caption: apparently not. Pg. 4 panel 1: medium shot, Jack walking through all of the ruins. caption: People might also think that the belly of a giant fish would be uninhabited… panel 2: medium shot, jack looking up at the top of a destroyed ship where a silhouette of a very tall, skinny, top-hat wearing "thing" stands caption: And, as you may have guessed, the people would be wrong again. panel 3: medium shot the tall guy leaning forward into the light, revealed to be a crazy looking old man in a big tuxedo with a giant polka-dot bow tie. tall old guy: Come along now Jack, we've been waiting for you. panel 4: far shot, we see that the old guy's neck has stretched down to be level with Jack's face Jack: A-and just who in the hell are you? Panel 5: bottom third of the page, close up on crazy old guy's face, he's screaming and looks really really insane now. tall old guy: I'M THE TOUR GUIDE AND DON'T YOU F#CKING FORGET IT! panel 6: little inset panel thing, silhouettes of jack and tour guide, tour guide is holding out his hand to Jack. tall old guy: Hurry up now, I've got something to show you. caption: Yet another misconception some people might have is that there wouldn't be a city inside a fish… Pg. 5 Splash page I guess, big, crazy looking city, Jack and tour guide in the foreground. caption: as you may have been able to tell by my use of the word "misconception" the people were yet again, wrong. |

Makes me yearn to post the story I'm working on ... if it was typed, instead of being in a notebook. Technology has failed me again!... Or Have I just failed to use it? Hmm... |
