replied on: 5/2/2008 3:32:36 AM Ok..new update! I've managed to lay out many pages of my book. Yup, after all this time of silence about this project, I was always coming back to it from time to time. Not that it normally takes me this long to put a story together, but again, the first issue has to try and set a specific first impression, even though thats virtually impossible as everyone sees things their own way. But to fit a genre is probably more or less, what Im trying to convey here. As time goes by, the images become much much clearer and the story is really beginning to flow out much smoother. When I put this thing together, I will be letting myself free with it. Meaning, even the way I draw will change a bit. More crude, natural yet sharp and hyper rendered. A comic that makes you think of metal music, hardcore and yet, a smooth soft tone of something found in pure mood albums (for lack of a better description). This is why im severely busting my butt with these cards. I really need to make a big impression in this industry in a good way. And most importantly, so that i can further my abilities to a much higher degree. Can you feel my thunder? Man... and after this book is finally released and finished.. I will probably move on to other things. Maybe I will pick up on the robot cat story Ive kept behind for many years.

I find myself clicking on something and saying.......Wait a minute, I've never been in here! Yeah I"m a little slow. My brothers took care of me when I was small so god only knows how many times they dropped me on my head  Well as for your post and this story of yours......Sounds like you are really gearing it up to be YOUR Masterpiece. Really cool man, can't wait to see some art on this and hear more about it. I know you'll be successful in getting your story told as you intended it to be. Keep us posted man, As alway, we got your back. My apologies on getting on here about....Ohhhh.....2 Years Late!!!!!  Keeping on Rocking man!!!!

BadApple, being the oldest of 3 boys and watched my little brothers many times let me be the first to tell you us older brothers take care of our little bro's with the utmost care. At least that is what I told my parents anyway. lol. |
