Quote \| Reply \|	If you have money... replied on: 4/22/2007 8:40:42 AM Dude, I saw most of that DVD and he spends the whole time on one drawing and it's not even a comic book page, it's a pinup or a cover illustration that he's working on. Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiflu drawing but it really isn't as informative as I thought that it would be. And he goes into his drawing techniques and all that but I thought that it would be more about how he executes pages and panel to panel story telling or script to illustration translation. Weather or not you like Doug Mahnke, you might consider his DVD first if you're really looking for some helpful instruction.

Quote \| Reply \|	If you have money... replied on: 4/22/2007 10:18:42 AM i agree...but all the other DVDs by the other artists are GREAT. some so in depth on the subjects they teach, its crazy. i know thers books for most of the stuff thats taught, but watching video about it seems way more simple. im lazy like that...lol and a...how did you see that video...and were? even if its not that helpful id love to see a master artist at work... unless you have a video of youre self drawing...

Quote \| Reply \|	If you have money... replied on: 4/25/2007 6:40:19 PM there is this DVD out that Doug Manke did... he goes through the do's and dont's of comic art and he sets up a sequential page from start to finish... and heexplains why he sets it up the way he does... and also you see him do all the detail to it so its not like they skip parts... he even shows you how he draws the female head and then he goes into the male anatomy a bit... its a really great dvd so you should check it out... i think its like 15-20$ its not as much as the one u said... but its good and he is also a pro so ur not learning from sombody who you dont know if they are credible
