replied on: 12/18/2007 7:16:52 PM Fortunately, the last Ultimate Power comes out next Friday the 28th(it would have been next wensday but Christmas causes the comics to ship later) Unfortunately, the next issue of Ultimates doesnt come out till the 26th of January, but at least its on schedule.

replied on: 12/20/2007 3:02:27 AM K, finally got through reading all of it. Ugh. And whats with Quicksilver and Scarlet being incestly in love when they're siblings? Sorry, I don't mind that type of content in a comic like Spawn, but in a Marvel title, it just seems like a forced attempt for attention. The art is great though, however, unfortunately, i could care less for the next issue, regardless of art.

replied on: 12/20/2007 2:25:43 PM ok J why? because the ultimate universe is a more contemporary version of marvel characters you see them re- invented from the ground up im sort of sorry your first impression of the ultimates was with ultimates 3 because both Ultimates 1 and Ultimates 2 were alot better in story and the art was different than Mad's style, it was Bryan Hitch and his art was more like a blockbuster movie. the stories were alot more serious than what we have seen so far in Ultimates 3 but if you could check those two story arcs man, im sure you will get a totally different impression of the Ultimates and the ultimate Marvel universe |

replied on: 12/22/2007 7:55:41 PM i do agree there are too many ultimate titles there are Ultimate Xmen, (which i enjoyed up to the second story arc then i stopped buying it ) ULtimate Spiderman ( im not a huge fan, but the first story arc was damn cool, dont know what happened after that, i lost interest) Ultimate Fantastic Four (these are actually good, i sis not pay attention to them at first, but i really liked paperbacks 4 5 and 6) and now we have Ultimate Power which gets its final issue this month and Ultimate Vision which i now want to read because i got the last issue and it was awesome so yeah man lots of ultimate Titles most of them are great so i dont know what will become of Ultimates 3, It certainly does not feel like an Ultmates story to me, yet... and i do hope it gets better |

replied on: 12/26/2007 10:04:37 AM honestly i dont like it ... i was a spawn fan up until recently man see i would have been happy with the way they ended things, it had everything, it was armaggedon and god fighting satan, it involved global war, the rapture, the four horsemen of the apocalypse global destruction, i mean the works and it would have been a bad ass ending for spawn, it seemed that way, then all the suddenly brought spawn back And it just regressed kind of pointless to me see, they tied up all the lose ends and began this new type of Spawn story arc that i dont dig, and i also dont like the art but all the issues before this were kick ass to me spawn ended when they did the armaggeddon story line last year |
