Megaman 2 just recently on the NES.

depends on how you mean....cuz Ninja Gaiden Sigma on Master Ninja skill level was impossible, but i accomplished it. Gears of War on the hardest level, i think its called Insane. the Original Ninja Gaiden. Karnov (nes). BattleToads (snes). Megaman 1-5 (nes). Ninja Turtles 3 (nes...it was so long....). Ninja Turtles (sega gen)......somany more oon the older consoles.

I actually did beat the first one! Wasnt easy though. But part 2 is kicking my ass. Im going to have to come back to it sometime next month when my hands are free.

I would say any call of duty game on the hardest level, if the enemy breathes on you your dead. Only reason I even play on that level was for the achievement points.

I got stuck on one level and made up my mind I was going to beat it before I went to bed. 8 hours later I beat it and I literally cried I was sooo happy. If I would have ever won a super bowl it couldnt compare to that moment. lol.
