 Quote | Reply | | Im addicted!!! posted on: 5/9/2008 10:50:58 AM MAN OH MAN am I in some deep S**T! Now that I've started buying comics, I can't seem to stop!! But I must!! My boyfriend will be moving in in June and we are buying a car with my mom, so that means more bills to pay on an already tight budget! So now I have to SLOW down and make sure I buy like one graphic novel a month with maybe just a couple comics that I absolutely must have, like KICKASS. This is so hard for me, boys... Have any of you gone through this before?? ALTHOUGH, I do have all my brothers comics from way back when that I can look at  Sweet! I'd totally forgotten about those! There's like at least 200 books or so and from different generations too, which is really cool. Ok, that will help a lot... but any suggestions as to how I should deal with this addiction without going insane would be much appreciated. THANKS!  oh yeah, you know you liked that  |

replied on: 5/9/2008 3:46:19 PM I am/was the same way. I also have it with toys lol, i dont open them and they cover my room because i love them. Comics are just amazing though, i walk into the comic shop thinking "just one, maybe justice league or batman, but just one" End up walking out with both plus some lol. Selling comics must be easy because they talk for you. Sadly though the rise in gas prices is what helped me, my local comic shop is across town and in order to get there i end up spending more money on gas than anything so i have to think twice about just going....I hope the guy sitting on his butt making billions of dollars on gas is happy

replied on: 5/9/2008 4:00:24 PM i am ADDICTED TO COMICS HEEEELLPP I SPEND AROUND 50 dollars a month on just comics and like 40 dollars on Paperbacks every time i buy one (thats like once every 2 or three months) so yeah it adds up but yeah i have been toning it down because i have so many bills and it is hard i visit the shop once a week each month its insane please HELP ME !!!

" I love buying stuff but have many times turned my head the other way. One thing I tell myself is that there WILL be another opportunity to get what I want. Now if you don't mind the financial struggle then by all means buy it and don't complain about the consequences. It's harsh but a reality  ...now as for Porn!!!!.....
