replied on: 9/8/2008 10:57:57 AM Yeah I heard of the spin-off and movie. Im so excited!! Not sure about them casting a white girl for katara. Thats actually kind of depressing. I dont really think the characters from the water tribe would be good casted as asian. I think it would be better if they casted people more like the Eskimos. The airbenders should be Chinese, and the fire nation should be Japanese. Then cast Tai for the earth kingdom. There are very subtle differences in these nationalities. It all has to do with there bending style though. |

replied on: 9/8/2008 11:35:59 AM i couldnt agree with you more. Eskimos were asian. Migrated from the polynesian islands. So i meant that for the water tribe to be asians. But perfect line up there Joe!! thats how i pictured the ethnicities to be. I only watched the first few episodes of Full Metal Alchemist and im down for watching Avatar alll over again. Ive seen a few japanese episodes of Bleach and i liked what i saw....but i dont think i liked it enough to keep watchin it. |

replied on: 9/9/2008 9:50:55 AM Dude phan, you haven't seen all of FMA yet? wow! You should finish that one bro. Its not really that long. Its a really messed up show too. Not as messed up as Neon Genesis though. After you finish the show you have to watch the movie they made right after. Its actually the ending for the show. Naruto and Bleach will always be there lol, so you can take a break. I just read the mangas for Elfen Lied, Naruto, and Bleach. I've only seen one Episode for bleach and maybe one season for Naruto. |

replied on: 9/11/2008 8:47:05 AM Yeah dude the movie was way better than the show.... DRagonball Z will always be my favorite tho. But Avatar quickly took the place of the 1990s Spiderman cartoon (tho it wasnt very truthfull to the comic powers of spiderman. In the cartoon it said he could barely lift a VW beatle but in the comics Spiderman can lift 10tons easily. I dont think a VW Bug ways 20,000lbs. Still a great cartoon) as 2nd place. Cant wait till the spin off comes out. Is it gonna be about Zuko's search for his mom with the help of the Avatar and friends. Isit gonna be about the Avatar being a world police in ways. We all know that after a tyrant rules, and is thrown....it still takes a lot of struggle and fighting after because there are still bad people out there that rather have it the way the Tyrant wanted it. You know, new badasses with amazing powers and what not. Im so excited!!!! I want more now. Maybe a story of a future Avatar........ I kinda love these characters to much to change but i just want more Avatar

replied on: 9/11/2008 9:36:32 AM DBZ I loved when I was younger. As I got Older I realized how lame the show actually was. hahaha! I really dug the Spidey cartoon, and the X-Men one. You know they had a book a while back where Spidey actually lifted a train! That was awesome. All time favorite cartoon during that time had to goto the Batman. The animation was so good then. I am really looking forward to the spin-off for avatar. If anything It will be about the search for Zuko's mother. That would be my assumption. |

replied on: 9/11/2008 3:11:15 PM Dude i loved DBZ even if it was a bit off the wall. how could i not when it inspired all the good ones we love today? i stick to collecting the movies only though i loved Broly and Fusion (those were my faves) oh man i hear good things about FMA i have see the first 2 episodes and they were great Escaflowne the movie was better in my opinion but the show is still great and i own it anyone here seen scryde? It is bad ass man i highly recommend it |

I wanna addition to play a part in Avatar but as far as i know they have already casted everyone except for Aang. It would be cool if us Narians could play a tribe of some sort. Maybe we could be the Swamp benders
