Agnis/Anniss

Trying to trace any info with Agnis/Anniss family ie.....Absalom Agnis B:1679 Staverton D:1742 married Joan White Aug 30 1698, then married Agnes Tucker Oct 10 1704. Absalom & Agnes had one child Elizabeth in Staverton B:1705 then moved to Harberton ?when & had at least 4 children Richard 1708, Ann 1713, John 1716 & Ellenor 1726. All children registered with name 'Anniss' not Agnis.
If anyone can help with info on ascendants & descendants of Absolam, or know of Anniss family....that would brilliant! many thanks.
