Ive read and heard about a few 'things'(sorry lack of wording) that happen in sleep paralysis eg: Pinned down, cant move, Cant talk scream, Trouble breathing Thats about all i think. I would like to know if anyone had had more of what had happend during SP. My SP Ive had these for i dunno how long, cant even remeber when they(it) started. But what i do know is they(it) has being getting worse. The first really frightening attack ill call it of sleep paralysis was when i was a 'Christain', everything changed. One night i went to sleep like normal after that day i had church and i had a sort of cleansing, if thats the name(cant remeber the right name) And it was pretty powerful. That night i had one of my worse nightmares or just nights of sleep. First i remeber it had the demon/satan whatever it was it was not friendly, and it was attacking me in my sleep and chanting something in a deep males voice, then i woke up at something in the night/mourning and i couldnt move or do anything and i felt very scared and ive never had this feeling i knew it was some type of sleep paralysis or just 'something', but this time it was worse. Not only that i head "Chanting" that i heard in my sleep and this time i was awake and it was coming from somewhere beside my bed and i couldnt see anything it was dark but i could 'feel'..'something'. It then went away(thank g0d) after about 2-3 mins after i woke up, and relised what was going on..well sort of.. Its took me awhile to get back to sleep, i had to turn the light on and tv on, after i could move that is. So after i could move was about 1-3 mins after that chanting stopped. It was very scary, i still remeber it. This happend about bit less than a year ago. Now i now longer go to church, i dont belive in the Christianity faith. But this is still happening. Next time something as scary as that was not so long ago, this year sometime. I had a frightening nightmare, that i was getting killed and people around me were'nt doing anything to stop it. Thats all i remeber. Then i woke up and could'nt move or scream or anything, i wanted to tho. After i kept trying i finally did and i was crying and screaming and i was really shaken up(yet again but diffrent). Terrifying experiences i tell ya that. :S I still have these what you would call then, sleep paralysis but not to those extends.(lucky) I still belive its to do with the paranormal, its such a big 'range'(so to say) of paranormal things, and proven facts, etc, i still dont belive why people would not belive in such things, its so very real! I have looked it up about these 'old hag' etc etc but i still cant understand it, i spose some things arent to be or should'nt be. Anyone else had something as scary? Anyone one had 'chants' like i did, i really do wish could explain such things, so interesting. |

replied on: 12/4/2005 5:13:25 AM Have had sp for years. The chanting....well I can hear voices right before I go to sleep... some are even in different languages or I just don't understand them. As far as being paranormal....... I think it's more on the lines of we can't explain what happens to us when we are asleep. Now awareness sleep paralysis is something totally different. When you are aware of everything but unable to do anything about it. I've been researching the different scenrio's of ASP. It's a topic that can't be explained really. The problem with my sp's are that I'm still not able to control them at this point. They are getting worse and more frequent... don't know why??? As far as the dark figure or the shadowy figure can't figure that one out either. Don't know where it's coming from. |
