'Haunted Savannah' was released back in July, and chronicles ghost stories as well as strange history all about what is considered America's Most Haunted City. There are scores of stories spread out over 205 pages. LOL I saw a site somewhere that claimed their state had "more ghosts per square yard than any other state".... Gimme a break! My money would have to be on Gettysburg being the most haunted though.... - Aedryan |

replied on: 12/4/2005 8:38:37 AM You're right, it does seem a bit spurious that so many cities are calling themselves that title. They should settle it by wrestling Greco-Roman style (to quote 'The Ladies Man'). We (Savannah) were crowned that title by the American Institite of Parapsychology. But really, what does that mean, and how are they qualified? What it boils down to is a way to market the city to tourists. What I can say is that Savannah is very, very haunted. |
