A few posts have gone missing i swear of it, and theres posts where other people have posted long after me but it still says i was the last person to post.

I have totally lost track of recent conversations in many posts....

Yeah, i've noticed wierd things like that happening here once in awhile. I have no clue what causes it. I always make it a habit to copy all of my posts before I post it just in case it doesn't post for some reason....

Hey Meth it appears that you posted in apparitions but couldn't find you there at all??? Something strange is happening to the posts on here. I agree with Adroit.

No, I didn't post there. I just edited a couple of links to the apparition pics I had posted, because I updated them again.

I noticed that too but dismissed it as the last person to post could be a person who edited an old post, but i didnt know people were actually losing posts.

And yes its becoming extremely difficult to keep track of things with the current volume of activity on the forums, i cant even find threads i posted in not more than 4 days ago.

I agree. There also seems to be a lot of new people joining the forum, maybe that is the reason for so many posts???

As far as i can tell threads have just vanished, as if they were totally deleted. I would check with chat area to see if theres a limit to forum size.

I got 2 forums myself, free ones i might add and there maximum space is 10mb.

Nah, there is no size limit with ChatArea.com. All forums have certain glitches it seems. Unfortunately, I have no control over them here.

Not that I know of, Brandon. I think a lot of what may be going on is, I will move posts/topics to more relevent threads sometimes. You guys might want to make sure your posts weren't just moved. Also, on a couple occassions we had members (not mentioning any names) return after not posting for months and make about a dozen silly posts in a row in the "Off The Topic" thread. All, but maybe one of those posts were just deleted....
