I would pick telling them to leave but hey it hasn't worked yet... so I'll let you know when it works...LOL. To be honest I'm not sure what will work.. at this point I would try anything.. |

replied on: 12/14/2005 5:43:35 AM Hell, the only thing I have been consistantly good at is pissing them off. Sure, I can collect video, take pictures, record EVP and EM spikes, but to actually interact with them. Well, like I said I can just piss them off real good. |

replied on: 12/14/2005 10:58:43 AM One of the entities we have positively id'd from an unpleasant haunting was a know pedophile and had sex parties and such. I pretty much center my insults and such around that. He has no respect for women and will not react to a woman saying these things but let a man say something, damn. He will start stomping around and causing load bangs. We hear him talking back to us over our sound amplifiers. It's pretty amazing. We don't always get the same response from different locations because we aren't able to pinpoint an id them all the time (as you probably know). Before you ask, we id'd him through a family member who saw him walking through the downstairs kitchen area. Plain as day she called to him when she saw him, "Uncle John". As soon as she said that he stopped moving and disappeared. Just to let you know how bad this haunting is, the owner will not allow anyone to enter the house without us there. Even when she use to enter the house she would be floored with an overwhelming migraine. She said it felt like someone shot her right between the eyes. He even pinched her ass once. One time a contractor was on site and entered the house to use the bathroom (without permission). He was walking down the hallway and a voice whispered in his ear, "Steve". He bolted out of that house and nearly pissed on himself. He said he could actually feel the breath on his ear. Another time a group of kids broke into the house on halloween to try and scare themselves in the local "haunted house". Well they didn't know how haunted it was. The short and sweet of it was the police was called by them because one of the girls was choked in the upstairs bedroom. She said her entire field of vision was blocked out by a large shadow just before she felt like she couldn't breath. She couldn't see any light! They were ticketed and their parents were called to pick them up. We have 4 years investigating this location so I have a lot of stories about it as well as our own experiences. It's funny when we show up we have this feeling the ghosts in this house are saying, "not again". Our only rule in this house that is followed no matter what is, "no one goes anywhere in this house alone". We found out real quick John and his buddies like to single you out. |

I will have to dig for the EVP's and see if I can put media on here, I don't know. My video is analog and converting it is still too expensive. I do have some digital video from one of my team mates though. |

replied on: 12/21/2005 12:37:46 PM I voted asking nicely because most ghosts just want there story told, or want some sort of guidance. I guess "giving instruction" is more the truth. With the more stubborn ghost, it takes a strong backbone. You essentially need to force the ghost out of its hole and barr it from getting back. Whatever you believe in most is what tends to work. EX. If you arn't a practicing Catholic, I wouldn't depend on Chatholic rituals. See if you can't get get a sensative friend who knows how to cleans and shield to help. Strait up spiritual warfare seems the most effective. Be advised that a show of power attracts others. |

replied on: 12/22/2005 2:19:39 AM I think they get there energy from fear. Not from others which has been suggested on this forum but their own fear. I use a little bit of logic when trying to see it from the ghosts perspective. I say, "this guy supposedly lived here in the 1930's and 1940's", "being white and from the south he was most likely raised christian, which means he was taught good and evil, god and the devil, and so on..." "If this guy has done things that would be considered evil from his core beliefs then I would think he would fear judgement." This guy died of natural causes at an old age. In my experience (sitting by a few hspice deathbeds) people get real religious when they are dying. So, recounting his deeds and judging himself by the beliefs he was raised on, I could see how he would be terrified. Fear generates and takes a lot of energy. Of course this is all just a line of thinking and my opinion. On an even more logical line of thinking...emotion is a electrochemical response to stimuli. Being a ghost he is missing half of that combination. |
