I would be trying to go to sleep and I would start getting this heavy feelings all over my body and it almost feels like someone is laying on top of me and weighing me down. Yesterday I was in the car in the passenger seat and I had a headache so my eyes were closed and I got the same feeling again that didnt stop til I got home and finally fell asleep. |

replied on: 1/5/2006 2:50:57 AM You really don't have to be stressed to have anxiety feelings. Also get your blood pressure checked it could be that when your sitting down or laying down that your blood pressure drops or your pulse slows. I use to have the same problem years ago and they told me it was something called "Costracondritis" meaning that the chest wall had an inflamation.. A little medication and it cleared it up. Other than that can't explain it. |
