Lucid dreams through brain wave binaural???
posted on: 1/5/2006 2:58:05 PM

Hi guys,
Doing my nightly research on ASP and came across this site. They claim that you can control your dreams???

I've been able to control some of mine partially at times when I know that I'm aware of them while I'm sleeping but this is a whole other level for me.... Pretty cool if it can be achieved. Some of it sounds just bizarre. Let me know what you all think???

I read that if you say to yourself several times a day "Is this a dream" you can train yourself to ask that question while in a dream and make yourself realize that it is a dream and then control it. I tried it for a few days and sure enough I asked myself and yes I was able to control some things buy it was very limited. Guess I need more practice.

I'm going to check it out again.

I think that you can control you dreams alot. I have control in all my dreams, well I can choose my own actions knowing that I am in a dream.

I think that the only way you can control your dreams is if you actually know that you are dreaming...Like being aware that Wow this is a dream sort of thing... I've been able to realize when I'm dreaming from knowing when I'm awake....That's how I know the difference between dreaming and "Awareness Sleep paralysis" I know I'm awake while it's going on...
