It wouldn't do either of us any good and it could actually harm both of our search engine rankings. If you're getting into reciprocal link exchanging, make sure you only link to sites with similar content to yours. Don't be like these dirty link farm websites (like all the poker sites, etc) that link to everyone under the sun or the search engines will hate ya. Also, it's a good idea to only link to sites with a Google Ranking of 4 or higher.... Just a little advice for ya, bro. - Aedryan
