I guess maybe I did this a little backwards. I posted my concern because of the freakiness factor and didn't bother to introduce myself.

I live in a Detroit suburb with two of my brothers. We have two dogs. The home is a comfortable one and I never feel frightened or uneasy when I am alone.

Currently, I am physically disabled and building a business out of my home. Therefore, I'd like to get this latest issue resolved so I can eliminate a distraction. I sure would appreciate anyone's feedback.

I am not a paranormal investigator and to be honest I am not a big fan of ghosts and spirits. LOL, I never have enjoyed scary movies or books either.

I do believe that spirits exist, but I sure would like to come up with logical explanations whenever possible. For years, I have experienced sleep paralysis episodes. Sometimes they happened frequently and other times, I would go a long time without any.

Lately, I've been experiencing an increased number, and the one I experienced last night was decidedly different than any of the other ones to date. I've posted the details in the Sleep Paralysis forum.

I've read a number of your postings and I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks

shaybeck
