There is a group of men ahead of us and they kept on looking at me. they look like pirates, when we got closer to them they snatched me and my brother gave them a fight.I got away and ran but when I looked backed my brother was on the ground, they stabbed him. They started chasing me and eventually I got to my hoome which I have to say was a beautiful mansion. And I shut the door. THey were banging on the door and I ran upstairs. I know if they got in they would have raped me. I had this dream about 3 times. It is the same I wake up at the same part. Can someone explain that. |

Don't take this the wrong way but most romance novels tend to have pirates etc, in them and when I read this that's what I thought of....Actually it sounded like a book by Johanna Lyndsey "A pirates Love" good book but as far as you dreaming it???? Dreaming the same thing 3 times I've done that also...have no idea why?? Also have woke up and went to get a drink and when I fell back asleep a dream would continue...that's a bizarre thing to happen....LOL |

replied on: 2/20/2006 7:30:34 AM no I don't read romance novel. It was like a nightmare, it wasn't lovey dovey kind of dream. Wow that is strange how you can sometimes continue a dream. Well this saturday, I am going to see a psychic maybe she would know. I just had that dream a couple of time and just dreams about me getting rape. I don't know if it is a fear I have.I just scared me alot. It just felt so real. |

I know sometimes dreams can seem real...But when you think about it the human brain is a wonderful machine...LOL No seriously it may just be you subconciously being afraid that something "like a rape" will happen. The best thing to do is take a course in defense/how to defend yourself..it will do wonders..believe me I know first hand... |

replied on: 2/28/2006 6:46:22 AM Good luck in your search Nina. Try saying to yourself a few times a day the phrase "am I dreaming now?". So when you dream you are more likely to ask this question and then you may realize that you are indeed dreaming. You can sometimes gain some, if very little control of your dream, or can wake yourself up or can then spend time in the dream noticing things that may help you. I've tried it a few times, and it's been interesting. But yours being scary you might just want to wake early from it. Good luck. |
