In the late afternoon, my speakers that are plugged into my MP3 player started to "freak out." The speakers started to crackle and my mp3 player wasn't on. There is a guy with massive antennas for short wave radios, but a couple months ago he put filters on them so that they wouldn't affect electronics. Then a couple minutes later, the door to my armoire, i think its called, shut with a considerable amount of force. I hadn't touched it. I tried to recreate it by swing a pillow at the door, but the door didn't move. Then this morning around 1am, I just put up my laptop and I started hearing creaking on the stairs outside my room. At first, I thought that it was the house settling. Then I heard scratching on the wall next to the stairs. then the noise started to change to more to something that sounded like some one stepping. I went to check but nothing so I went back to bed. About a half hour later, I for some reason looked at the foot of by bed. I saw a dark figure standing at the foot of my bed. I thought it was my eyes. But my eyes were fully adjusted to the dark conditions and it started to move towards my left. I flicked on my light, nothing could have created the shadow and there was nothing on the floor that could have created it either. I'm a little baffled on this one. Any thoughts? |

replied on: 2/24/2006 4:19:50 AM You know it's weird that you say that chaos...any kind of pattern to it other than every few weeks..Is it the same kind of haunting each time or is it something different each time...I'm curious because I've been trying to find a pattern of the happenings in my home...Today was "supposed to be moving day" but!!! The moving company screwed up long story...Tomorrow will be our moving day..anyway..After I move I'll give the "Little girl" about 3 months to make an appearance...she will..it's happened everytime I move it's 3-4 months I'll notice her.. The new home I'm moving into is really an old home and I've been researching it so that I have a little history on it..I'm just hoping that it will be a peaceful house..unlike the one that I'm leaving...LOL |

replied on: 2/24/2006 9:39:20 AM i hope that house you are moving to is peaceful too. I just don't know why ghosts scratch the walls, walking or standing there is not weird, but scratching? I had that too at the apartment i once lived at. What do you think they are trying to do? and why would they slam doors like that? was it a door that must be kept closed when 'they' were alive and it is a pet peave that now the new 'living' residents leave it open, and they don't like it, so slam the door to get the message through? Try to keep the door closed abnd see if any activity continues in the closet after that. |

The house is in the woods and has had no previous owners. the people we bought it from didn't build on it. |

replied on: 3/1/2006 4:26:36 AM I haven't been anything different except using AIM, unless the entity is anti- coperation lol. I haven't moved, brought in or bring anything to my room besides coffee. past few nights I have few things happen but nothing to the extent of the last one. I can't find any correlation between the entity and anything else. |
