First Ghost Experience, I was parylized literally
posted on: 2/28/2006 7:50:28 PM

This past Saturday, Feb 25 I was in Bowling Green Ohio for my Job. The previous evening and night I was at a ski resort snowboarding till 3AM. I then proceeded to driving to Bowling Green and attended meetings from 8AM to 11AM.. Around 11 I was free of my duties till 3 in the afternoon and I decided to check into my hotel and sleep till 4PM. I was staying at the Hampton Inn Suites right across from Bowling Green University in Ohio. My room number is room 205.

So I checked in, went to my room opened to window closed the blinds and went to sleep. I always open the blinds because I have a stuffy nose and fresh air helps me sleep. So I went to bed and from not sleeping all evening and snowboarding I was really really tired and fell asleep right way. I normally am a sound sleeper and sleep very well. I sure did sleep well as normal. I woke up around 1PM and saw that the lamp was on. Big deal… I never… ever believed in ghosts my whole life. I got up turned the lamp off and went back to bed. About an hour later I woke up again and the light was on. This time I didn’t care. I told myself its dark under my eyelids so I’m just going to sleep I’m way too tired.
This is when the freaky stuff started happening. It was after 2PM.. That was when I noticed the lamp was on and did not turn it off.
First thing that happened was that the sheet that I used to cover myself forcefully kinda blew itself off of me. This is somewhat possible… because I sleep on my stomach and with my arms at my side with nothing holding the sheet down. The window was open and it could have fully blown the sheet off of me.
ONCE AGAIN I was sooo tired and the window was open.. I just tried to fall asleep again. I didn’t even bother moving or opening my eyes when this happened.
The next thing that happened scared ME !!
The white undershirt that I wore to bed lifted off my back to about halfway up my back. I still didn’t think anything was wrong. Soon as my shirt kinda lifted up… my reaction was to put it back with my hand.

AND THAT IS WHEN IT HAPPENED!! I barely started moving my hand… and I was paralyzed! I could no longer MOVE and my whole body had that pins and needles feeling… It wasn’t a bad feeling… just a weird feeling.. I THEN FELT LIKE SOMEONE was watching ME and also instantaneously I HEARD whispering in my ear. It was a male voice… RARRRRRRRRRRERRRRRRRRARRRRRRRRRRR just the rolling of Rs over and over again for what felt to me like over two or three mins. THIS WHOLE ENTIRE TIME I COULD NOT MOVE AND I COULD NOT SPEAK!! Basically I just sat back and tried to scream!! But could not at all even move!! Finally whatever had a control over me left! AND I SCREAMED!!

WOW.. I have never at all believed in ghosts even the slightest bit.. in fact both my parents are from ROMANIA and I have visited Romania several times and was not even scared while there.. and I mean over there … there are apparently witches around and bad spirits everywhere… I never had any type of experience …

BUT THIS DID HAPPEN in Bowling Green OHIO and it turned a person that is was never even as a child afraid to walk around in the dark… or go into any type of situation that was scary.. I’m the type of person that laughs during scary movies… EVEN THE exorcists… I was not afraid at all… BUT now I am edgy all the time.. and sleep with the TV on since this happened four days ago..

CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO ME???

Please e-mail me or write back to this forum..

Your describing a "sleep paralysis episode" trust me I know....check out the sleep paralysis topic on this forum and you'll get a lot of info on it...

Also there is no proof that it's actually a ghost related thing... still trying to figure that one out....

Seems to me like you were inducing a WILD (Wake Induced Lucid Dream)

Sleep paralysis is a normal part of it, and it happens every night while you're asleep. You were just falling asleep while still being aware of your body. I strive to do that every night, and I know how easy it would be to call that a ghost if you didn't know what was happening.
